Who is The British Griller

Hey there, I’m Dave, the bloke behind this glorious grilling escapade! My culinary journey kicked off in the smoky haze of childhood, where I stood mesmerised by my dad working his magic on a trusty Weber kettle. Those days were filled with mouth-watering beer can chicken and ribs of beef, while the tantalising aroma of freshly baked cakes wafted through the house courtesy of Mum. Those were the good old days, eh?

When lockdown hit, it sparked a fire in my belly (and maybe my backyard too). My mates and I found ourselves firing up the grill, indulging in some cheeky BBQ competitions who could master the full English breakfast on the grill? Spoiler alert: it was a right laugh!

It was during those grill-a-thons that the lightbulb flickered on. I decided to whip up an Instagram page to share my BBQ adventures, and here we are today, with this cracking website.
